Cases since version 2.12.0 2022.11:
a) When webinar is fully viewed no replay is shown and no reply emails are sent.
The goal is to view the webinar once.
Benefits: "Maybe on the next time the attendee will be more in time, in the webinar, ..."
b) If webinar is not fully watched and the webinar is inside the webinar time (10 minutes of the video), it automatically plays the "live" (non replay) video.
c) If webinar is not fully watched and the webinar is over (10 minutes of the video reached), it automatically plays the replay video for the set replay time (default 3 days)
