You may use any platform that will allow you to embed your live-stream on your website -- any platform that provides
an iframe raw html code for you to paste on your site. Some of these include the following
- YouTube Live
- Vimeo Live Streaming
- Zoom
- Facebook Live
- Jitsi Meet
- Twitch
- BigBlueButton, Apache OpenMeetings, Mikogo, Yugma, MConf

Note that html embed code can be used for both Live and Evergreen webinars.
You may, in addition, use a link (also external) to an mp4/webm file if you're running an automated webinar. (with mp4/webm files timed actions in automated webinars are connected to the video time, which continues where user left when reloading the webinar page.)
